Claire McLellan Yoga -Yoga and functional movement practices, exploring freedom of movement and ways to cultivate strength. Claire has been a full time yoga teacher since 2014 and is a senior teacher. Her classes often bring smiles and laughter, which are so important for our soul.

The Enjoy Boxing course is an energetic and fun weekly class that focuses on boxing combinations for a fantastic mental and physical workout. You will partner up with another class member and take it in turns to box or hold the pads to receive the punches! There’s no complicated choreography to keep up with and you can take it at your own pace.

You be gently guided a gentle meditation, which will lead into a blissful sound bath. The Sound bath will begin with the earthy tones of a shamanic and ocean drums, followed by the ethereal resonance of the Native American-style flute and continuing with the angelic resonance of crystal singing bowls, gentle percussion and vocal tones. A sound bath is opportunity to lie down, relax, let the worries of the day fade into the background and receive. Be be bathed in soothing cosmic tones of a variety of sound and percussion instruments. Booking is essential. New Moon Sound Healing Meditation

These sessions are an opportunity to be guided with meditation to relax, reset, and recharge. During the session you will be bathed in the sound of the Tibetan Bowls and woven into these sessions are the beautiful sounds of the ocean drum and Koshi Chimes. The Tibetan Bowls create a sound frequency that supports our brains to move into a meditative state where we can heal, align, and return to our intuitive understanding, stepping aside from ourselves allows us to listen to our bodies truly. Sound Healing woven with an intention for healing can bring about powerful transformation that affects us on every level.
