Claire McLellan Yoga -Yoga and functional movement practices, exploring freedom of movement and ways to cultivate strength. Claire has been a full time yoga teacher since 2014 and is a senior teacher. Her classes often bring smiles and laughter, which are so important for our soul.

A friendly club where you can enjoy interesting talks and visits to gardens.
Membership is £5 per year.

The Enjoy Boxing course is an energetic and fun weekly class that focuses on boxing combinations for a fantastic mental and physical workout. You will partner up with another class member and take it in turns to box or hold the pads to receive the punches! There’s no complicated choreography to keep up with and you can take it at your own pace.

      9.15-10.00am     Intermediate Boxing
     10.15-11am         Beginners Boxing
