Responsibilities

Trustees:

  • Provide clear guidance and supervision.

  • Ensure volunteers receive necessary training and support.

Volunteers:

  • Commit to carrying out their assigned roles responsibly and reliably.

  • Respect the values, policies, and guidelines of Eridge Village Hall.

  • Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct at all times

Recruitment and Selection

  • Volunteer roles and expectations will be clearly advertised.

  • Volunteers will be selected based on suitability for roles, with consideration given to diversity and inclusivity.

  • Induction and training will be provided for all new volunteers.

Training and Support
